Annual General Meeting

    Our trip to Kilbear is scheduled for Thursday Feb. 12 2004 to the departure date of Sunday Feb 15 2004. Rooms are priced for double occupancy only so there are no single rooms. Members can reserve for three nights or two nights. The cost is $20 per night per person. To reserve you must send a cheque for the full amount. There is a cancellation fee of $25 per person.

1. Bring your own towels, sheets, pillows and blankets.
   
2. Bring your own food as no meals are supplied. There is a well equipped kitchen including all utensils.
   
3. We will be able to ski at Georgian Nordic which is about 25 minutes from Kilbear.
